BLAKE Hazel June Passed away peacefully on 14th October 2022 after a long valiant battle with dementia. Devoted wife to Fred and much loved mum of David, Paul, Lee and Glen. A very special lady to all that knew her, Hazel will be greatly missed. Funeral service to be held at Southampton Crematorium (East Chapel) on Friday 4th November 2022 at 2.30pm. No flowers please.
