WHITE Douglas Frank (late of Romsey) Passed away on Sunday 18th December 2022 after watching one last World Cup Final, aged 86 yrs. Loving Father to Sandra and Steven, doting Grandfather of Jenny, Laura, Josh and Katie. His celebration will be at Test Valley Crematorium on Tuesday 10th January at 11.30am.
