BEVAN Olive E. F. P. 28.11.1921 - 18.07.2023 Olive died peacefully at home aged 101. A life-long peace campaigner, she was also a long serving member of the Labour Party. She will be missed by all her family and friends. Her funeral will be held at East Chapel, Southampton crematorium at 1pm on Wednesday 9th August. No flowers but donations if wished to Hampshire & Isle of Wight Air Ambulance or UNICEF. If wished, please wear red or flash of red.Tributes

Honoured to know and have met this lovely lady. A community hero and - always smiling and welcoming. Such a sad loss! Picture - taken at a Tollpuddle Rally, with one of her favorite politicians.
