CARTER Dr Philip P. 9 June 1931 ~ 28 July 2023 Formerly of: 2 Highfield Crescent, Southampton. Died peacefully after a short illness, aged 92. His Funeral Service will take place at Romsey Abbey, on Thursday 31st August 2023, at 11am. All are welcome. No flowers, please, but donations to 'Médecins Sans Frontières UK' or 'The Woodland Trust' are greatly appreciated.
