OLIVE Doris Widow of the late Walter George Olive MM and mother of Michael and Philip, passed away peacefully on 26th August 2023 at St Annes Nursing Home Southampton, aged 103 Her funeral service will take place on Monday 25th September at 1.00 pm in the chapel at Hollybrook Cemetery, after which she will be laid to rest with her beloved Georgie in the cemetery grounds. The family invite all who knew her to attend and to join them after the ceremony at the Southampton Municipal Golf Course Club House. Family flowers only, any donations in memory of Doris to the Royal British Legion Poppy Appeal, a charity dear to her heart.
