ADCOCK Dr Patrick Former General Practitioner at Burgess Road Surgery, Southampton. Died peacefully on 11th October 2023 aged 95. Husband of the late Sheila, Father to Peter, Sally and Katy. Grandfather to 7 and Great Grandfather to 2. The Funeral Service will take place on Monday 6th November 2023 at Test Valley Crematorium, Romsey, at 1.00 pm Donations if desired to The Royal Medical Benevolent Fund and the Hampshire & I.O.W.
