JACOBS Patrick Colin Passed away peacefully on 19th December 2023, aged 93. Reunited with his beloved wife Pauline, much loved dad to daughters Linda and Karen and son-in-law Tom. Treasured by all his grandchildren and great grandchildren. He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral service at Test Valley Crematorium, Romsey on Friday 12th January at 3.00pm. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to The Salvation Army via patrick-jacobs.muchloved.com or at the service to The Co-operative Funeralcare.
