DOWLAND Frank George Sadly, passed away on 24th December 2023, aged 88. Beloved husband of Maureen and father to Barry, Clive, Angela, David, and Graham and a much-loved Grandfather and Great Grandfather. He will be greatly missed. His funeral service will take place at 12 noon on Thursday 25th January 2024 at Test Valley Crematorium, Romsey.
