FARROW, Roger Mark Allan Passed away peacefully at Southampton General Hospital on Wednesday 31st January 2024, aged 78 years. He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. A Celebration of His Life will take place in Test Valley Crematorium, Romsey on Tuesday 5th March 2024 at 11am. I owe Roger a great deal. In 1979, he appointed me as his deputy administrator at the Royal South Hants and Southampton Hospital, which he ran with skill, wit and energy. He, Sandra, and their young daughters helped our family settle into the city, which we loved from the get-go. When the government introduced competitive tendering for catering and domestic services, Roger was fully behind our success in keeping those services at the RSH provided by our own, loyal NHS staff.
