JACOBS Jean Adelaide Sadly passed away on Friday 19th July aged 91. Much loved Mother to Debra & Michael, Mother in law to Tony & Julie and loving Grandmother to Kira, Becky, Sean, Georgie & Matthew. Funeral will be held at Test Valley Crematorium on Wednesday 14th August at 12 Noon. No Flowers, but donations to Cancer Research UK.Your tribute has been received.
