NOTLEY Phillip "Phil" It is with great sadness the Partner and Children announce that Phil passed away suddenly on 7th August 2024, aged 67 years. Phil's funeral service will take place at Portchester Crematorium on Thursday 5th September at 11.30am. Family flowers only, please.
