WINCHESTER housing chiefs have approved the city council’s first application to build new homes in more than 25 years.
Otterbourne will be the site of a new terrace of three, three-bedroom homes after councillors voted unanimously in favour of the proposal.
The plans are part of the council’s New Homes Delivery Programme, which aims to increase affordable housing in Winchester.
