AN Alresford man is awaiting sentence after admitting assaulting a woman on Boxing Day.
James Jolly, 21, of Perins Close, pleaded guilty at Basingstoke Magistrates Court on Friday, December 28 to attacking Pagan Johnston-Dicki in South Wonston.
Jolly also admitted using violence to force his way into premises in Westhill Road, South Wonston, knowing there was someone inside opposed to his entry and also admitted criminal damage to doors and curtains.
Magistrates remanded him in custody for the preparation of a pre-sentence report. He is due to appear again on January 18.
