A SUPERMARKET shopper was slashed in the face by a robber after he refused to hand over his wallet.
The 27-year-old man was walking alone on a footpath at the back of Tesco car park in Sizer Way, Dibden when a hooded youth demanded the cash.
When the victim told him to go away, the youth hit him across the face with an object which cut his cheek.
Nothing was taken in the attack but the victim was left shaken.
The attacker is described as white, aged 14-15, slim build wearing dark clothes, a large baseball cap and white trainers with a large tongue.
Anyone with information about the incident on December 29 at about 6.50pm should call DC Joanne Boyd on 101.
