FOUR teenagers were attacked and robbed of their mobile phones as they walked through a Southampton car park.
The three 16-year-old boys, who were with a 15-year-old girl, were followed down a city centre alleyway before being attacked by the gang of four or five youths.
One of the victims was wrestled to the ground and kicked in the stomach.
All three boys were robbed of their mobiles.
The youngsters had walked through the car park behind the Samaritans office in College Place and were making their way through the alleyway to Ordnance Road when the robbers struck, at about 8.30pm on Friday.
All the offenders are described as in their late teens and with dark skin, wearing dark tops with hoods up and dark trousers.
They were between 5ft 10ins to 6ft, and one was carrying an orange football.
Police are now appealing for help from anyone who saw the incident or may have seen the gang. Anyone with information should call Shirley CID on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
