A HAMPSHIRE school had a unique visitor come through its gates as it joined a very special charge.
Pupils at Great Oaks School in Bassett, Southampton, celebrated becoming part of Marwell Wildlife’s Go! Rhinos public art extravaganza, that will see life-sized rhinos pop up around the city for ten weeks this summer.
The Daily Echo-backed project aims to create an unforgettable trail throughout the streets and parks giving residents and tourists a glimpse of the sculptures.
The pupils will get the chance to decorate their own mini-rhino, while learning about Marwell’s conservation projects across the world, protecting endangered species.
