A DEVELOPER in Hampshire is celebrating after picking up a haul of trophies at this year’s What House? awards.
Linden Homes – who have a branch in Totton – was recognised by the judges in six categories, including Best Large Housebuilder of the Year.
It picked up a brace of awards for several of its projects across the south.
They all come in the wake of Linden Homes picking up the Housebuilder of the Year title in the Building magazine awards, last April.
Chief Executive Greg Fitzgerald said: “This is another very encouraging result in a year that has seen our housebuilding efforts around the country repeatedly recognised by the judges. It’s thanks to the skill and dedication of our teams in every department of the company that we have achieved this.”
