MOTORISTS could face major disruption this weekend with the staging of one of the biggest 10km road races on the south coast.
The Stubbington 10k has attracted a field of 1,800 runners for the race on Sunday.
Organisers Stubbington Green Runners have closed 8km of the route to traffic from 9.30am on Sunday.
Titchfield Road, Bridge Street, parts of Titchfield including Coach Hill and Posbrook Lane leading down to the Meon foreshore will be closed at least until 11am.
Stubbington Square will be closed until 12.30pm.
