A police hunt has been launched after a £10,000 raid at a building site in the Hampshire countryside.
Police are appealing for witnesses following the burglary at a rural construction site in Stockbridge.
The incident happened at Pittleworth Farm in Houghton, Stockbridge.
A barn and a container were broken into on the site. 46 assorted power tools were stolen which were marked with I.W.P and some new windows.
PC John Viney from Stockbridge police station said: “I would like to speak to anyone who saw or heard anything suspicious in the area overnight on Wednesday, January 9.
“I’d also like to hear from anyone who has seen any tools marked with I.W.P.”
Anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact PC Viney at Stockbridge police station by phoning 101.
