Over the next few hours Hampshire residents can expect more of the same weather-wise - although things are about to get a little colder.
Between now and rush-hour gusts of wind will increase to 30mph, making it feel like -5C, when actually the temperature out there is 0C.
The region will remain under an orange warning from the Met Office as snow blizzards continue throughout this afternoon and into the evening, resulting in about 30cm of snow.
From 6pm things start to get slightly better with gusts of wind dropping to 23mph and temperatures feeling more like -4C.
Then from 9pm the county can expect the balmy heights of 1C as the wind comes to a standstill.
This will remain the same throughout the early hours of tomorrow mornings however the Met Office are issuing ice warnings from 3am onwards, so motorists are advised to take extra care if they have to make their journey.
