Detectives investigating a fire at student halls in Southampton have arrested a second man about the incident.
The 21 year old local man was arrested on suspicion of arson with intent and has been bailed until April 2, along with an 18 year old man who was also questioned about the incident.
The fire happened at student accomodation in Archers Road, at 10.30pm on Saturday.
Detectives meanwhile are working alongside Fire Investigators to establish the exact cause of the fire which led all residents of the block being evacuated as a precaution.
Police are treating this as an isolated incident and assure local residents that there is no cause for ongoing concern.
