A SHOP worker suffered a broken nose after she was attacked by a gang she caught trying to steal from her store.
The 44-year-old member of staff at New Look, in Shirley High Street, spotted a young woman in the group trying to steal items.
The victim asked them to leave but they started shouting at her and three of the youths began attacking her, punching and pushing her eventually knocking her to the floor.
It was only when another customer in the store managed to push them out of the door that they were forced out.
The woman suffered a broken nose in the incident and had to receive medical treatment.
Now officers want to speak to the three people that can be seen in these CCTV stills about the shocking attack.
They are the woman in the stripy jumper, the woman in the grey cardigan and the man in the grey tracksuit.
They are all thought to be aged between their late teens and early twenties.
Officers are also trying to trace the younger female in the red coat shown in one of the CCTV pictures.
She appeared to be with the group but did not take part in any of the incident. Officers would like her to come forward and speak to them.
They would also like to hear from anyone who knows who any of the group are.
Anyone with information is asked to call PC Lou Wright at Shirley Police Station on 101 or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
