Police are appealing for witnesses after an IPhone 5 was stolen during a robbery in Hampshire.
The incident occurred between 1.45am and 1.50am on January 27 in Coburg Street, Portsmouth
The victim, an 18-year-old man, was walking home from a nightclub when he was approached by an unknown man and pushed to the ground.
His white IPhone was then stolen from his pocket.
As a result of the incident, the victim suffered bruising to his face and pain to his shoulder.
The suspect is described as:
• White man
• 5ft 8 to 5ft 9 tall
• Slim build
• Short brown hair
• Portsmouth accent.
Detective Constable Emma Houghton from Portsmouth Central police station said: “I would like to hear from anyone who was in the area of Coburg Street and who may have witnessed the incident or seen anyone running from the scene.”
