VISITORS to Whiteley Village are being treated to a variety of festive attractions in the run-up to Christmas.
From Saturday, December 9, the shopping destination is to run a programme of free activities which will include a visit on the day from Santa with his sledge and huskies, live music and a special live nativity farm for youngsters.
Children from Whiteley Primary School choir will also be warming up the seasonal shoppers by singing a selection of Christmas carols.
Other special events, including performances from local brass bands, will feature throughout the weekends until Christmas Eve.
Andrew Rollings, retail director at Whiteley Village, said: "With our own Christ-mas tree-sellers and hot chestnuts to accompany our vast array of fun events, we really will give our shoppers a truly special experience."
