HORSEDOWN Farm in West Meon has been sold for an undisclosed sum before it was even put on the market.
Bays Curry McCowen, a rural asset management company from Sutton Scotney, sold the period farmhouse complete with more than seven acres of woodland and pasture, without having to advertise.
Originally a pair of cottages that were knocked into one many years ago, the farmhouse has a range of traditional farm outbuildings and is situated in a stunning woodland glade with magnificent views across the Meon Valley.
