AGENTS Goadsby have sold the freehold of a shop on Eastleigh High Street for close to the asking price of £365,000.
The deal for 2G High Street with Arenaway Properties does not affect the tenant Chinese Health and Beauty.
The property comprises a ground floor shop with rear sales area and accommodation on the first and second floors with a total floor area of 1,640 sq ft and two car parking spaces at the rear.
The property is let on lease to Chinese Health and Beauty for 15 years at a rental of £24,000 per year with five yearly reviews. There is a lessee's option to determine in 2008.
Arenaway is a property investment company that has been set up as a joint venture between Benjamin Burton and Howard Pearlman, pictured, of Structadene. They hope that acquiring a central position in Eastleigh's main thoroughfare will enhance their expanding private property business.
