Flats plan for empty office block
FOURTEEN flats could soon be built in a vacant Southampton office block.
A developer wants to transform the first and second floors of Kingsbury House in Bevois Valley Road.
Concept Land and Property Solutions’ proposal would see the office space divided into 12 one-bedroom flats and two two-bedroom flats.
Council officers are expected to make a decision on the initial application by July 25.
