The Princes Trust team who renovated the garden of St Denys Community Centre.
THERE were cheers as a new community garden in Southampton reopened following an extensive renovation.
Green-fingered young people from the Prince’s Trust put in tonnes of effort to renovate the garden of St Denys Community Centre in Priory Road, Southampton.
They raised enough money to carry out work on the garden by holding two days of bag packing and taking part in a sponsored high ropes event.
City mayor Cllr Ivan White was present to officially unveil the garden.
