Hutwood Court at Chandler's Ford is ready after being refurbished.
THE former Hampshire home of a major business has been refurbished and is ready for new occupants.
Henderson Global Investors has completed the overhaul of Hutwood Court in Chandler’s Ford, which was previously occupied by B&Q.
The 50,000 sq ft, three-floor office space is now being marketed by Jones Lang LaSalle and BNP Paribas Real Estate.
Jason Webb, director of Jones Lang LaSalle’s office agency team in Southampton said: “As one of the most modern office buildings in the Southampton area, Hutwood Court offers an excellent opportunity to acquire modern open plan office accommodation with parking for 236 cars.”
The office is near the M3 and M27 motorways, and is also close to Southampton International Airport.
