Developer submits plans to turn Southampton office space into 27 flats
A DEVELOPER has handed in plans to transform office space at Capella House in Cook Street, Southampton into 27 flats.
Concept Land and Property Solutions wants to divide office space at the building into 18 one-bedroom flats and nine two-bedroom flats. The firm’s application is expected to be decided by city council officers by August 1.
The Daily Echo has previously revealed that the developer is planning to build 14 flats at office space in Bevois Valley Road.
