POLICE have charged a man in connection with an armed robbery at a Hampshire post office.
Michael Grieve, 24, of Whitefield Road, Holbury, has been charged with robbery, one count of burglary and possession of a firearm with the intention to commit an indictable offence.
The incident happened at around 9am on Friday, June 14, when a man threatened staff with a gun in the post office in Hampton Lane, Blackfield.
He will appear at Southampton Magistrates' Court today.
