THE managing director of a Hampshire-based asbestos removal firm has been awarded a Director of the Year title.

Paul Fox, managing director of Merryhill Envirotec in Romsey, received the title of South West Director of the Year for Corporate Responsibility by the Institute of Directors.

They said Paul’s dedication to excellence in corporate responsibility and compliance, along with his mentoring of other regional small or medium enterprises and youngsters, made him a stand-out candidate in the field.

He will now represent the south west in the UK final in London in November.
