NEW Forest schoolchildren organised their own version of Race for Life to raise money for Cancer Research UK.
Every year, women take part in races across the country, raising thousands of pounds for the charity in the UK’s largest women-only fundraising event.
Every pupil at the 91-strong Breamore Primary School ran laps around Breamore Marsh to raise funds.
And they all received a medal.
A school spokesman said: “The money raised at the event is still being totted up.”
