PLANS to convert a house into three flats will be scrutinised by councillors next week.
Southampton City Council’s planning and rights of way panel will look at plans to convert the home in Devonshire Road on Tuesday.
Peter Basra wants to build a new, part two-storey and part single-storey rear extension and create new roof accommodation, parking and cycle and refuse storage.
If his plans are approved, the property will contain one three-bed, one two-bed and one studio flat.
Twenty four letters have been written to the council about the proposal, with 16 people supporting it and eight objecting.
