Ken Thornber
THE former leader of the Hampshire County Council has re-joined the New Forest National Park Authority (NPA). Councillor Ken Thornber, now chairman of the county council, has lived in the Forest for 50 years and was one of the NPA’s original members when it was formed in 2005. The NPA also has two other new members – Totton County Councillor Chris Lagdon and Councillor Ian Hibberd, a member of Test Valley Borough Council.
