A GROUP of Hampshire Sea Scouts are celebrating the opening of their new £250,000 headquarters.
The 4th New Forest North (Eling) Sea Scouts have moved into a two-storey “aquativity centre” that has been built at the Testwood Lakes reservoir complex.
It is being hailed as a 21st century Scout headquarters and water activity complex.
This year’s Totton Donkey Derby attracted about 10,000 people and raised more than £10,000, which was used to complete the new building.
