WORK is due to begin this month on providing affordable homes at Bransgore in the New Forest.
The Meyrick Close scheme is being run in partnership with New Forest District Council and Western Challenge Housing Association and is funded by the Housing Corporation. There will be two three-bedroom houses, five two-bedroom houses and six one-bedroom flats for people with local connections to rent or part-buy.
Cllr Peter Greenfield, who holds New Forest District Council's housing portfolio, advised people to register now.
