Hampshire housing chiefs have evicted a tenant who flouted an order banning illegal drugs at his home.
Neil Munkley, unemployed and a notorious charity collection box thief, was evicted after a police warrant at the address where class A drugs were found.
Civic chiefs in Winchester were granted a Suspended Possession Order in May 2012 stating that Munkley must not allow visitors to take any class A, B or C drugs or to cause nuisance or annoy neighbours.
However, in March police raided his home and found a large quantity of crack cocaine and heroin.
Housing services began possession proceedings and the eviction took place yesterday.
Munkley has numerous convictions for stealing Poppy Appeal boxes.
In March 2010 he received a 12-month community order after stealing six collections tins in a week. Just eight months later he was convicted of stealing the charity boxes in Winchester Cathedral and jailed for four months.
And earlier this year Munkley was jailed for seven days for handling stolen goods after money was stolen from a charity tin in the Great Hall, Winchester.
