Children were found playing with water close to an electricity substation.
Police were called to reports that five children, aged around 10 years old, were playing water games next to the substation, in Bodmin Road, Eastleigh, behind some flats.
It was also reported that one of the girls had climbed through into the substation and all were squirting each other with water, while another caller said one of the boys was inside the substation.
Police attended after they were alerted just before 4.44pm on Sunday, ensured all were safe and made clear the dangers of the children’s actions.
