Judge to rule on drugs supply charge
A judge will determine whether a Southampton man was dealing drugs on a commercial scale or principally supplying to friends after the prosecution and defence could not agree on the issue.
Elgi Shoshari, 20, of Charlton Road, pleaded guilty at Winchester Crown Court to possessing ecstasy with intent to supply. He had bail extended until the hearing in September.
