Flats plan
OFFICE space in Southampton could be converted into flats.
McDowells Development Co Ltd has applied to the city council for prior approval to transform the first floor space in West End Road. The current plans are to convert it into two one-bedroom and one two-bedroom flats.
A decision is expected by August 26.
