A MAN WEARING nothing but a cardigan is wanted by police after he committed an indecent act in front of a woman walking her dogs.
The incident happened near the water at Whitefield Moor. The man walked out from the direction of Puttles Bridge car park, near Brockenhurst. on the opposite bank to the 36-year-old woman, who was sat at the water's edge.
He stood there for 10 minutes before commiting an indecent act.
The woman then left the area and warned other walkers as she returned to her car.
Police at Lymington are appealing for information about the identity of a naked man man who carried out an indecent act in front of a 36-year-old Totton woman who was walking her dogs.
The suspect is described as a thin white man in his mid-forties. He is 5ft 10ins tall, with shoulder length hair and a beard or goatee. He had a black and brown collie cross dog with him.
Police want to hear from anyone who recognises the description of the man and the dog or anyone who has not contacted police after witnessing the incident.
PC Jason Eastwood said: “This is a busy dog-walking and picnic area in the New Forest. On this day, the weather was sunny, and it is likely that other people saw this man. If so, we need to hear from them.”
The incidnet happened around 3pm Thursday, June 6, but details have only now been released by the police.
