Bike crash inquest opened
AN INQUEST has been opened into the death of a man who died three weeks after he was involved in a motorcycle accident.
Roger Farley, 71, from Linden Lea, Fareham, died at Southampton General Hospital on June 13 after the collision on the A32 at the junction with Filmore Lane at West Meon Hut at 9.45am on May 25. Mr Farley lost control of his Honda ST1100L and was thrown into the road.
Coroner Grahame Short opened and adjourned an inquest into Mr Farley’s death in Chandler’s Ford on June 25.
