A SCHOOL prom roared into life as pupils from Regents Park Community College in Southampton prepared to dance the night away.
Bikers riding a group of high-powered three-wheelers delivered some of the elegantly-dressed students to the Botleigh Grange Hotel in Hedge End.
Other pupils arrived in a London double-decker bus, a Scottish fire engine, Hollywood-style stretch limos and even on a tandem bicycle.
Hundreds of youngsters are celebrating their school proms across Hampshire – and the Daily Echo has been there to record the occasion.
We have had photographers and reporters at each event across the region, and will be producing two picture special supplements covering all the fun of the proms.
The boys and girls from Regents Park Community College will be joined by a host of other schools in the first supplement, to be published on Wednesday, to and followed by a number of other school proms featured in a separate picture special on July 17.
