Fence fine
A WINCHESTER youth must pay compensation after hitting a garden fence in a car crash.
The youth, who cannot be named for legal reasons, admitted failing to stop after damaging the fence in Froxfield Close, Harestock, on April 16.
Magistrates told him to pay £43 to the owner of the fence. He was also given five points on his driving licence.
