Sean Kerwick raising money for the Teenage Cancer Trust at the hat fair
HAT Fair organisers reckon a record attendance enjoyed the sun-bathed street theatre event in Winchester.
They believe some 69,000 people were in the city centre over the three days last weekend.
A spokeswoman said: “This almost exactly equals our best year yet in 2010, so we’re extremely pleased.”
