When it comes to choosing a winner, Ricky's money is on Leah, and he has her name down on an office sweepstake.
He added: “Her interview really impressed me, she knew her numbers really well and she handled herself superbly under pressure.”
Since winning the show he entered into a partnership with Lord Sugar for his own specialist employment consultancy based in Essex called Hyper Recruitment Solutions dedicated to science and technology.
He was the second Hampshire winner of the show in two years - the 2011 winner was Tom Pellereau, who lived just outside Winchester.
