SCHOOL children from across the city wowed audiences when they sang along with a full orchestra.
More than 1,300 children from 13 Southampton schools took part in two performances at Southampton Guildhall accompanied by the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra (BSO).
They had spent weeks learning the song, ECO composed by the BSO’s children’s composer, Paul Rissmann, which was featured in the hour-long programme, along with Ravel’s Bolero and the Harry Potter theme tune.
