BEING broadcast live, Kenneth Branagh will be returning to his first Shakespeare role in over a decade.
National Theatre Live will broadcast Manchester International Festival’s production of Macbeth, with the Hamlet actor as Macbeth, and Doctor Who star Alex Kingston as Lady Macbeth.
Directed by Rob Ashford and Kenneth Branagh, the electrifying new production of Shakespeare’s tragic tale of ambition and treachery unfolds within the walls of an intimate deconsecrated Manchester church.
It will be shown at Harbour Lights Picturehouse tomorrow.
