Romsey Carnival fun tomorrow
THE procession to close Romsey Carnival takes to the town’s streets on Sunday.
It sets off at 3pm from Romsey Industrial Estate off Greatbridge Road and travels along Greatbridge Road, Duttons Road, Station Road, Latimer Street, The Hundred, Palmerston Street, Broadwater Road, up Bell Street and into the Market Place before finishing in the Hundred.
Judging of the colourful floats will start around 2.25pm on the Romsey Industrial Estate. This year’s Carnival Queen is Ellie Hurle and the two princesses are Olivia Hurle and Katherine Harrison.
